Refund policy

Overview We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To begin the return process, please contact us at ncoppola@prolificsportslab.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to secure what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers in the European Union, in addition to our 30-day return policy, you are entitled to a "cooling-off period" of 14 days where you can withdraw from your purchase for any reason. This applies from the moment you receive your item. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
